This site was developed by property managers for property managers.

As property managers ourselves, we found that it was very difficult to budget advertising and marketing while using a referral search engine company that would send you referrals on a per referral basis and send them to our competitors too. Our personal budget was being driven by the number of referrals and had reached over $1500 per month all while being placed in competition by the referral company. We made the decision to start this site to help fellow property managers gain referrals without BUSTING their budget and having as much competition for any given referral.

Cost

For a mere $15.00 per referral you will receive property management referrals from our national internet advertising campaigns on Google and Yahoo. The referrals you receive come directly from the consumer not from us.

THE DAYS OF BUDGET BUSTING WILL BE GONE! You may stay as long as you like or cancel at any time without a penalty.

Setting up your account is easy and automatic. You may add a personal photo and a description of your services. Charges will be on a per referral basis, charged when the referral is sent to you.
